Pricing
- How is a delivery priced?
- By the distance from pickup to drop-off: $15 up to 10 miles, $25 up to 20, $40 up to 35 and $60 up to 50. Beyond 50 miles is quoted per run.
- When do I know the final price?
- Before pickup. Your quote states the rate and any add-ons, so nothing is guessed after the fact.
- What costs extra?
- Priority handling is +$15. Fragile items such as glass and electronics are +$10. Each extra stop is $5. Wrapping is $5, $10 or $15 by size, with materials billed separately.
- Is there a charge for waiting?
- The first 10 minutes at a stop are free. After that it is $10 for each 15 minutes.
- Do you offer plans for businesses?
- Yes. Weekly plans start at $100 a week, monthly plans at $350 a month, and corporate pricing is available on request.
- Is there a referral program?
- Yes. Refer someone and you take $5 off your next delivery. They take 10% off their first.

- Which towns do you serve around Dublin?
- Dublin, East Dublin, Dexter, Dudley and the rest of Laurens County, Georgia.
- Which towns do you serve around Charlotte?
- Charlotte, Concord, Huntersville, Matthews, Pineville, Gastonia and Rock Hill, South Carolina.
- Do you run between Dublin and Charlotte?
- Yes. Direct point-to-point runs go in both directions and are quoted per run.
- My town is not listed. Can you still help?
- Ask in your quote request. Trips beyond 50 miles are quoted per run.
Turnaround and updates
- How quickly do you reply to a quote request?
- We send your rate and pickup window within 1 business day.
- How will I know my delivery arrived?
- We let you know by text or email when it is delivered.
- What do you need from me to quote?
- Seven fields: your name, company if any, pickup city, drop-off city, delivery type, timeframe, and an email or phone number.
- Do you deliver legal documents?
- Yes. Filings, contracts and signed originals start at $25, and additional mileage may apply.
